• AI-powered supplier matching and recommendations
• Secure messaging between buyers and suppliers
• Quote comparison and transaction facilitation

When you create an account, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person/company unless authorized

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully:

• No false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or communications
• No spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users
• No attempts to circumvent platform fees or security measures
• No use of automated systems without our written permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

LayTech.ai facilitates connections between buyers and sellers:

• Contracts are directly between buyers and suppliers
• We are not party to transactions between users
• Verify all details before completing any transaction
• Platform fees may apply as specified in your plan
• Disputes should first be resolved between parties directly

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for supplier/buyer actions or product quality
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• No liability for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Platform provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

We reserve certain rights regarding the platform and these terms:

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may close your account at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via email
